The Storybridge Experience
With my background in midwifery, I know how incredibly wonderful, challenging and just plain tiring those first few weeks can be. That is why I have designed Storybridge Newborn Sessions to be as accommodating as possible.
Step One: Book your session
Reach out as early as possible during your pregnancy. I will pencil a date into my calendar for around 7 days after your due date, giving us a starting point without expecting your little one to arrive according to schedule.
Step Two: Baby arrives
Once your baby is here, simply send me a message and we will confirm your session date together. If baby arrives earlier or later than expected, that is completely okay. We will adjust things around you.
Step Three: I help you prepare
Before your session, I will send through everything you need to know, including what to wear, what to bring and how to prepare. You do not need to have everything figured out yourself.
Step Four: Your session
On the day, we work at your baby's pace. There is time for feeding, changing, cuddling and settling whenever it is needed. There is no expectation for your baby to sleep the whole time or behave a particular way.

There is no need for your baby to sleep or settle perfectly. Feeding, cuddles, changes and pauses are all welcome, and we simply work at their pace.

Each collection is designed to feel relaxed, thoughtful, and natural, while still leaving room for genuine moments to unfold.
A Storytelling option is also available with any collection for those wanting a more candid, movement led, and moment focused approach.

Petite is a brief Storybridge session for those wanting a beautiful update without the depth of a fuller experience.
Designed to be relaxed, efficient, and easy, Petite is perfect for capturing a small collection of meaningful images in a simple and contained way.

A short session at Naish Park, Clutha Riverside, or in studio
Up to 5 people
5 professionally edited images
Private online gallery for selecting your included images
Option to upgrade if you fall in love with more
Please note: Petite is intentionally limited in scope and designed for simple updates only. It is not suited to extended families, larger group combinations, or sessions needing more time and variety. For a fuller experience, Classic is the better fit.

Classic is the collection designed for those wanting more than a quick update. It offers a fuller, more flexible experience with room for genuine connection, greater variety, and a more complete gallery.
This is the sweet spot for most Storybridge clients. It gives us the space to create something heartfelt and honest, while still keeping the experience relaxed and natural.

Approximately 60 minutes of session time
Immediate family

20 professionally edited images

Option to upgrade to the full gallery if desired
Please note: Classic is designed for immediate family sessions and a more complete experience than Petite. If your session includes extended family, multiple households, or a more layered level of coverage, Heirloom will likely be the better fit.

This collection is designed to reflect the added care, coverage, editing, and overall scope that come with a more layered experience.
