1. To test out a couple of locations in the Balclutha area to determine suitability for family photoshoots. Including feedback from the family regarding ease of access etc.

2. To allow me to have a hands on approach and to experiment with posing a family for a photoshoot.

3. To create current images for my portfolio, to showcase location options to future clients, and to have local families represented in my marketing material.

4. To work out a process for discussing styling and wardrobe with family clients, and how this can affect a family shoot.

5. To determine the length of time it takes overall to achieve a family photoshoot at Balclutha locations.

6. To create behind the scenes video footage suitable for marketing purposes and social media.

DISCLAIMER: These requirements are purely so that I am best positioned to achieve the above goals, and is not a reflection on who should, or should not have a family photoshoot done. I firmly believe that ALL families, no matter their makeup, size, shape, ethnicity, age, outfits, budget, confidence, etc. now is always the right time to get a photoshoot. Life is way too short to wait.

1. All model families in the shoot must be happy and willing to be there. 🙂Including Dad and any teens! If you have someone in your family who is a little less willing, this might not be the opportunity for you, and you may be better suited to a mini session. Mini sessions are short 20 minute sessions, they are very much come as you are and are a great way to update the family photos in a super efficient and stress-free way. 2. The ideal family makeup would be:

Mum

Dad

6-14 year old (x1)

1-5 year old (x1-2)

This is not make or break though, if your family is a different/similar makeup please do submit your application and let me know the ages etc.

3. All model families must be available for a sunset shoot within the next couple of weeks, and this will be weather dependent. You must be comfortable with rescheduling if the initial agreed upon date is no longer appropriate.

4. All model families must be comfortable with taking direction from me regarding posing to allow me the opportunity to experiment with certain family posing ideas.

5. All model families must be happy to discuss outfit choices with me, and potentially bring a couple of options to the photoshoot.

6. All model families must agree to the photos and/or video being used for marketing purposes online and in print.

7. All model families must be willing and comfortable providing feedback to me on certain aspects of the shoot.
