What to expect from first contact to gallery delivery and everything in between.
Pre-Wedding
Prior to the wedding I can be as involved as much or as little as you desire. Whether you would like some help ironing out the finer details, or want to discuss the in’s + out’s of timelines I totally got you! You can have all of the below sessions + more, or none at all. We can customise the experience to suit you guys best! :)
Meet + Greet
Booked for: ASAP
Approximate session length: 30 minutes
After you have sent through an enquiry we will set up a video call some time within the next week or so. This can be anytime, working around your schedules. A popular time is a Thursday at 6pm.
This is a super casual, completely non-obligation catch up where we just get to know each other! Bring a cuppa or a wine, and you can let me know your plans this far, and if you have any questions you can ask away! I will also give you a run down of how things work, and options you have moving forward. It is super important to me that you choose the best team of vendors for YOU and for YOUR DAY, and this is different for everyone. :)
All sessions are held using Google Meet. If you are using a laptop or computer the link will open in your web browser. If you are using a cellphone you will need to download the Google Meet app to attend sessions.
Timeline Planning Sessions

Booked for: Approximately 1 month after booking
Approximate session length: 1-2 hours
Timeline Planning Session 2
Booked for: Approximately 1 month prior to wedding date
Approximate session length: 1 hour
Timeline Finalisation Session
Booked for: Approximately 1 week prior to wedding date
Approximate session length: 30 minutes
As you can tell by the generous amount of time dedicated to these sessions, they are not rushed sessions. We get together and go through the day from start to finish. I find out what parts of the day are most important to you and I offer my advice from a photo/video perspective on how to make sure that the timeline reflects that. For example including a first look can allow for couples to spend more time with their family and friends after the ceremony, or if sunset photos at your favourite beach are a must, I will help you work in all the things most important to you.
So much is possible with good planning!
I will send you through my Timeline Planning Guide to help with all of this, so you never even have to make notes!
The first session we often do early so that you can utilise the information when booking in other vendors and creating wedding stationary etc. We will construct a draft timeline, that we can revise over the time prior to your wedding.
At the second session we can start locking things down, and refining the timeline based on the other vendors you have booked and decisions you have made regarding locations and events.
The final session can even just be an email to say everything is good to go - or we can make some quick changes if need be! I know you will be super busy putting all your plans into action at this point!
Wedding Day
On the wedding day I will arrive at the pre-arranged time based on our schedule and I will work towards the schedule as best as possible. Letting you know when you have 10 minutes spare for feet-up mimosa break, or when we need to hustle! I am also ready to handle the jandle when you just need to go with the flow, do some on the day juggling or make magic out of chaos! We got this!
Post-Wedding
On the wedding day I will arrive at the pre-arranged time based on our schedule and I will work towards the schedule as best as possible. Post-Wedding
The "Maternity Classic" package is designed for mothers who appreciate the beauty of simplicity and desire to capture the essence of their pregnancy journey. Whether you prefer the cozy comfort in studio or the breathtaking backdrop of a location special to you, this 1.5-hour session promises to beautifully document this precious chapter of your life.
