FAQs

  • I recommend booking at 3 to 4 months prior to your due date as I only take on a very small number of births per month. (1-2). However, if you have decided at the last minute that you would love to have your birth story covered, please get in touch to see if I still have availability.

  • If you deliver your baby via emergency C-Section, most hospitals won’t allow a photographer to be present. In this case I will capture the first hours of you getting to know your little bundle of joy.

  • I will be on call from 38 weeks until you deliver your baby. Sometimes things happen very fast and I might not be able to make it in time. I encourage you to let me know as soon as you are in labour so I can ensure I am prepared. If for reasons out of my control I cannot be there in time, I will capture the first hours of you getting to know your little bundle of joy.

  • I usually recommend to contact me as soon as your labour has started. I aim to leave when you are between 5 to 6cm dilated. We will also discuss other factors such as how many babies you have had before and where you are giving birth.

  • Absolutely! Never let money be the reason for not booking this once in a lifetime opportunity! Flick me a message and we can chat about a weekly or fortnightly payment option to secure your space.
