  • What they needed

Good Hands Property Works needed an image library that reflected the business they had become.

As a locally owned property management and maintenance business, their difference lies in personal service, practical expertise and strong local relationships. They wanted imagery that felt professional and established without becoming overly corporate or losing the human side of the brand.

  • What we created

We created a varied commercial image library across their Balclutha workshop, on location and in studio.

The collection included Royden working in the workshop, relaxed portraits of Royden and Dee, environmental product imagery, styled product photographs on dark backgrounds, and clean catalogue style imagery on white.

  • Why we created it this way

Each set of images had a different purpose.

The workshop photographs show how the products are made. The portraits introduce the people behind the brand. On location imagery helps customers picture the pieces in their own spaces, while the studio photographs focus on craftsmanship, form and detail.

Together, they give Bespoke Engineering a flexible image library for use across their business.

The People Behind Good Hands

Good Hands is built around relationships, so it was important that the people behind the business were visible too.

We created relaxed environmental portraits around a real property and alongside recognisable parts of the brand. The result gives Good Hands professional imagery that still feels approachable, local and personal.

The Team in Action

Rather than staging generic office photographs, we documented the kind of work that actually sits behind property management and care.

Property checks, measuring, documenting, communicating and working through the details of a home all became part of the image library. These quieter moments help potential clients understand the level of attention and practical involvement that happens behind the scenes.

Working alongside the Locals

It was important to Phil to show the extended team behind the scenes including his relationships with local Tradespeople, Soper Electrical, Southern Plumbing & Heating & even his accountant from Shand Thomson.

Property care does not happen in isolation.

An important part of the Good Hands service is the network of trusted local people they work alongside when properties need maintenance, advice or specialist expertise. We photographed those relationships as part of the wider story rather than focusing only on the internal team.

It gives potential clients a clearer picture of what being in Good Hands actually means: local knowledge, established relationships and people who know who to call when something needs doing.

Branding & Collateral

A commercial image library also needs the smaller details.

We photographed Good Hands branding across the physical touchpoints clients are likely to encounter, from uniforms and vehicle signage to business cards and printed collateral.

These images give the business practical content for websites, social media and future marketing while reinforcing a consistent and recognisable visual identity.
